1. About PostedLove

PostedLove is an online platform that allows adults to introduce themselves, search for people they may wish to contact, communicate privately, and independently decide whether to meet.

• Create a personal profile.
• Publish one active written Personal Introduction.
• Search and browse Personal Introductions.
• Publish one optional active Join Me post in addition to the Personal Introduction.
• Browse and respond to Join Me invitations.
• Send and receive private Responses and Conversations.
• Share photographs privately through messaging where that feature is available.
• Use country-based contact controls and other privacy or safety features provided by PostedLove.

PostedLove provides the technology through which members can introduce themselves and communicate. PostedLove is not a matchmaking agency and does not select partners, guarantee compatibility, arrange relationships, supervise meetings, or guarantee that any relationship, friendship, event companion, or other connection will result from using the service.

2. Age Requirement and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use PostedLove.

By registering, you confirm that you are legally an adult and are permitted to use the service under the laws that apply to you.

Accounts belonging to people under 18 may be removed immediately. PostedLove may request reasonable age or identity verification where necessary for safety, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

3. Creating and Protecting Your Account

You must create a PostedLove account before you can publish a post, respond to another member, send private messages, or use other member-only functions.

• Provide information that is reasonably accurate and not intentionally misleading.
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
• Use your own account rather than an account belonging to another person.
• Promptly update material account information when it changes.

You must not create an account for another person without permission, impersonate another person, create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions or moderation, sell or transfer your account, or allow another person to use your account in a misleading manner.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless the activity results from a security failure for which applicable law makes PostedLove responsible.

4. Personal Introductions

Members may publish a written Personal Introduction describing themselves and the type of person or connection they are looking for.

• Serious relationship.
• Nothing serious.
• I don’t know yet.
• A new friendship.

A member may have a maximum of one active Personal Introduction at a time.

A Personal Introduction normally remains active for 30 days. Subject to the available account controls, a member may edit, pause, renew, reactivate after expiry, or remove the post.

PostedLove may set reasonable limits on post length, posting frequency, renewal, or publication where necessary to operate the platform, reduce spam, maintain quality, or protect members.

5. Join Me

Join Me is a separate optional feature for members who are already planning an event, activity, or outing and would like someone to accompany them.

• Concerts, theatre, festivals, exhibitions, museums, and cultural events.
• Restaurants, coffee, or other social outings.
• Sports events, walks, day trips, and similar activities.
• Other genuine social activities permitted by these Terms.

A member may have one active Join Me post at a time in addition to one active Personal Introduction.

A Join Me post may include the activity type, city or location, venue or meeting area, event date, time, time zone, whether male or female company is preferred, an optional preferred age range, ticket arrangements, cost information, how the poster expects to be dressed, the event dress code, language information, allowed response countries, and a written description.

A date-specific Join Me post automatically stops appearing in public search when the event begins or otherwise reaches its expiry time. A paused future Join Me post may be reactivated if no other active Join Me post exists. A post for an event that has already passed cannot be reactivated and a new post must be created instead.

Join Me is intended for genuine social invitations. It is not a general advertising board, ticket marketplace, escort service, paid-companionship service, or commercial dating service.

6. Join Me Event Information and Accuracy

If you publish a Join Me post, you are responsible for providing information that is reasonably accurate and for correcting or removing the post if material information changes.

• Do not falsely claim to represent, work for, or be affiliated with an event organiser, venue, artist, business, or other third party.
• Do not knowingly provide a false event date, time, venue, ticket arrangement, cost, or dress requirement.
• If the event is cancelled, postponed, relocated, or materially changed, update or remove the Join Me post as soon as reasonably possible.
• Do not use Join Me to create a false event or meeting solely to obtain money, personal information, photographs, or other benefits from another member.

PostedLove does not verify every event, venue, schedule, admission rule, ticket, reservation, accessibility arrangement, dress code, or third-party organiser. Members should confirm important event information directly with the relevant venue or organiser before attending.

A response to a Join Me post is only an expression of interest. It does not create an obligation for either member to attend, continue communicating, enter a relationship, or pay the other person’s costs.

7. Join Me Tickets, Reservations, Costs and Payments

Unless both members clearly agree otherwise, each person is responsible for their own costs.

• Tickets and admission.
• Food and drinks.
• Transportation and parking.
• Accommodation or travel expenses where relevant.
• Any other personal expense connected with the outing.

A member must not assume that another person will pay their expenses merely because that person created or responded to the Join Me post.

If the poster already has an additional ticket, the post should clearly state whether the ticket is offered without charge or whether reimbursement of the actual ticket cost is expected. Join Me must not be used as a commercial ticket-resale or ticket-scalping service.

Unless PostedLove expressly introduces an in-platform payment feature in the future, PostedLove does not process, hold, guarantee, or refund payments made privately between members.

Members should be cautious about sending money in advance and should independently confirm ticket, reservation, and event details. PostedLove is not responsible for private financial arrangements between members, subject to any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Join Me Safety and Meeting Responsibility

Join Me can result in members meeting in person. Members must make their own safety decisions and use reasonable precautions.

• Tell a trusted person where you are going, when you expect to return, and that you are meeting someone through PostedLove.
• Meet at the event venue or another public place rather than at a private home for a first meeting.
• Arrange your own transport and keep control of your own phone, identification, money, tickets, and belongings.
• Do not leave a drink unattended. If a drink has been left unattended, do not continue drinking from it.
• Share only the personal information reasonably necessary for the meeting. A telephone number may be exchanged if members choose to do so, for example to find each other at an event.
• Leave the meeting if you feel unsafe or uncomfortable and contact the appropriate emergency services if necessary.

The PostedLove Safety page contains additional guidance. PostedLove does not supervise Join Me meetings and cannot guarantee another member’s identity, intentions, behaviour, honesty, or safety.

9. No Paid Companionship, Escort Services or Commercial Dating

PostedLove, Personal Introductions, and Join Me must not be used to advertise, request, arrange, or promote paid personal companionship or sexual services.

• Escort services.
• Paid companionship.
• Sexual services or prostitution.
• Commercial dating arrangements.
• Sugar-dating or other arrangements where payment, gifts, allowances, or material benefits are a condition of personal or romantic contact.
• Other substantially similar commercial personal services.

Accounts, posts, or messages used for prohibited commercial activity may be removed or restricted.

10. Photographs and Event/Activity Images

Public profile photographs are not required for Personal Introductions or Join Me.

Members may choose to attach a photograph to a private response or share photographs during a private conversation. PostedLove may limit the number of photographs that can be attached to a message; the current design may allow up to five photographs per message.

Join Me may allow an optional public event or activity image. This image is intended to represent the event, venue, activity, or atmosphere and is not a required public profile photograph.

You may upload only images that you own or have permission and legal authority to use. You must not upload intimate or sexually explicit images, illegal material, images intended to harass or threaten someone, misleading images intended to impersonate another person, or identifiable images of third parties where you do not have an appropriate right or permission to share them.

Private photographs received through PostedLove must not be copied, published, distributed, or shared outside the intended conversation without the sender’s permission, except where disclosure is lawfully required or reasonably necessary to report suspected illegal activity or protect someone from serious harm.

11. Search, Filtering and Contact-Country Controls

PostedLove may use profile and post information to help members search and filter Personal Introductions and Join Me posts.

• Age and preferred age range.
• Country, region, or distance.
• Languages.
• Relationship intentions.
• Children and family preferences.
• Lifestyle, smoking, and drinking preferences.
• Religion where voluntarily provided and lawfully processed.
• Relationship style and willingness to relocate.
• Join Me activity type, event date, location, and preferred company.

Search and filtering are tools to help members find relevant posts. PostedLove does not determine who is compatible with you and does not guarantee the accuracy of another member’s preferences.

Members may select countries from which they are willing to receive responses to their posts. PostedLove may use account information and security signals to help enforce those restrictions. Country controls reduce unwanted contact but cannot guarantee a person’s actual physical location or prevent every attempt to disguise location information.

12. Responses and Conversations

A PostedLove profile is required before a member can respond to a Personal Introduction or Join Me post. Responses are not anonymous.

New contact sent to the owner of a post appears in the Responses area. Responses are clearly separated between Personal Introductions and Join Me.

When the post owner replies, the thread moves into Conversations and remains associated with the source from which it began. Personal Introduction conversations and Join Me conversations remain separately identifiable.

Members are free to decide whether to respond, continue a conversation, share photographs, provide additional contact information, or meet another member. No member is entitled to receive a reply.

Repeatedly contacting someone who has clearly declined further communication, attempting to bypass a block, or creating new accounts to continue unwanted contact may result in restrictions or account closure.

Members may be able to archive, block, report, or otherwise manage conversations through the available account tools.

13. Member Conduct

You agree to use PostedLove respectfully and lawfully.

• Do not harass, threaten, intimidate, abuse, stalk, or coerce another member.
• Do not send unwanted sexual content or intimate images.
• Do not send hateful, discriminatory, or unlawful content.
• Do not commit, attempt, encourage, or facilitate fraud or deception.
• Do not request money through false, misleading, manipulative, or fabricated circumstances.
• Do not promote investment schemes, financial opportunities, pyramid schemes, or unrelated commercial offers through personal messaging.
• Do not send spam or mass unsolicited messages.
• Do not collect, scrape, sell, or misuse personal information about members.
• Do not distribute malware, phishing links, malicious files, or other harmful technology.
• Do not attempt to bypass blocks, country restrictions, account restrictions, security controls, or moderation measures.
• Do not use PostedLove for illegal activity.

14. Prohibited Content and Misuse

PostedLove may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or reasonable safety standards.

• Content involving sexual exploitation or abuse of minors.
• Threats of violence or credible encouragement of serious harm.
• Fraudulent identity documents, impersonation, or materially deceptive profiles.
• Illegal goods, services, or transactions.
• Content that unlawfully infringes another person’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Commercial solicitation that is unrelated to an approved PostedLove advertising arrangement.
• Posts or messages primarily intended to drive members to external commercial services, scams, or unrelated platforms.

15. Meeting Other Members and Off-Platform Communication

Any decision to meet another member, exchange telephone numbers or email addresses, communicate outside PostedLove, travel together, or make a private arrangement is made independently by the members involved.

PostedLove does not supervise meetings and cannot guarantee another person’s identity, intentions, behaviour, personal circumstances, honesty, or safety.

Members should use reasonable precautions, including meeting in public, arranging independent transportation, keeping a charged phone, and informing someone they trust about the meeting.

Once members move communications outside PostedLove, PostedLove may have limited ability to review, investigate, moderate, or preserve evidence relating to those communications.

16. Verification

PostedLove may offer verification features concerning information such as email address, age, country, or identity.

A verification indicator confirms only the specific information checked through the relevant verification process. It does not guarantee that a person is trustworthy, compatible, honest about every matter, safe to meet, or likely to behave appropriately.

Members remain responsible for their own decisions even when another member displays a verification indicator.

17. Blocking and Reporting

PostedLove may provide tools that allow members to block or report other users, posts, messages, images, or other content.

• Fraudulent, threatening, abusive, illegal, misleading, or sexually inappropriate behaviour.
• Suspected scams or requests for money based on deception.
• Impersonation or false identity information.
• Harassment, stalking, repeated unwanted contact, or attempts to bypass a block.
• Content that may violate these Terms or applicable law.

Reports should be made in good faith. Knowingly submitting false reports to harass another member or manipulate moderation may itself violate these Terms.

18. Moderation, Restrictions, Suspensions and Complaints

PostedLove may review content or account activity and take proportionate action where we reasonably believe that these Terms have been violated, another person may be at risk, fraud or abuse may be occurring, the platform is being misused, or applicable law requires action.

• Reject or remove a post, image, response, message, or other content.
• Hide or limit the visibility of content.
• Issue a warning.
• Limit specific account functions.
• Pause or suspend an account.
• Permanently close an account in serious or repeated cases.

Where required by applicable law, PostedLove will provide appropriate information about a content-moderation decision and any available mechanism to request review or challenge that decision.

PostedLove may preserve relevant records where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement of these Terms.

19. Reports of Illegal Content and Cooperation with Authorities

If you believe content or activity on PostedLove is illegal, you may use the available Report function or contact PostedLove through the designated support or legal contact channel.

PostedLove may request sufficient information to identify the content and understand the basis of the report.

PostedLove may restrict or remove content, preserve records, or cooperate with competent authorities where required or permitted by law.

A report does not guarantee that content will be removed. PostedLove may need to consider the facts, applicable law, the rights of affected users, and any legally required process.

20. User Content and Licence to Operate the Service

You retain ownership of the original content you submit to PostedLove, subject to any rights belonging to third parties.

By submitting content, you grant PostedLove a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, display, process, transmit, resize, format, moderate, and otherwise use that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, moderate, maintain, and improve the service and to comply with legal obligations.

This permission ends when the content is deleted or the account is closed, subject to reasonable backup periods and retention that is necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or enforcement of these Terms.

21. Advertising and Sponsored Content

PostedLove may display advertising, sponsored placements, promotional material, or short video advertisements on the platform, including between Personal Introductions, Join Me posts, or in other designated areas.

PostedLove may select and approve which advertising is permitted. Advertising or sponsored content should be identified where required by applicable law.

The presence of an advertisement does not mean that PostedLove guarantees the advertiser, product, service, film, event, or other promoted content.

Advertisers do not receive unrestricted access to members’ private messages, private photographs, identity documents, or other private account content merely because they advertise on PostedLove.

Advertising practices, cookies, and any use of personal data for advertising are further governed by the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Advertising will not be targeted using sensitive personal data where such targeting is prohibited by applicable law.

22. Free Service and Future Features

PostedLove may make its core services available without charge and may support the service through advertising.

PostedLove may introduce new features, optional paid services, advertising products, verification services, or additional account options in the future.

If an optional paid feature is introduced, its price and applicable conditions will be presented before the member chooses to purchase it. PostedLove will not charge a member for an optional paid service without the member’s agreement.

23. Third-Party Events, Venues, Tickets, Links and Services

PostedLove is not the organiser, promoter, operator, ticket seller, travel provider, restaurant, venue, accommodation provider, transportation provider, or payment processor for events or services mentioned by members unless PostedLove expressly states otherwise.

Third-party events and services may have their own terms, refund policies, age restrictions, dress codes, accessibility arrangements, security rules, cancellation policies, and admission requirements.

Members are responsible for checking relevant third-party terms and information before making a purchase or attending an event.

PostedLove may contain links to third-party websites. PostedLove is not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices, or transactions of external websites, subject to any responsibility that applicable law does not permit PostedLove to exclude.

24. Privacy and Cookies

Use of PostedLove is also governed by the PostedLove Privacy Policy and, where applicable, Cookie Policy.

Members should review those documents to understand how personal information is collected, processed, stored, shared, retained, and protected.

Do not place sensitive personal information, home addresses, banking details, passwords, identity numbers, or other information you do not want publicly visible in a Personal Introduction or public Join Me post.

Some optional profile information, such as religion, may be sensitive under applicable data-protection law. PostedLove will process such information only in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

25. Account Closure and Data Retention

You may close your PostedLove account through the available account settings or by contacting PostedLove.

• Removal of active Personal Introductions.
• Removal of active Join Me posts.
• Loss of access to Responses and Conversations.
• Deletion or anonymisation of account information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, enforcement of these Terms, or protection of other members. The Privacy Policy provides further information about retention and deletion.

26. Platform Availability and Changes

PostedLove aims to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.

• Maintenance and software updates.
• Technical problems or outages.
• Security incidents or emergency measures.
• Changes to third-party services or infrastructure.
• Events outside PostedLove’s reasonable control.

Features may be modified, replaced, limited, or discontinued where reasonably necessary. Where a change materially affects members’ rights or paid services, PostedLove will provide any notice required by applicable law.

27. No Guarantee of Results

PostedLove provides tools for introductions and communication. PostedLove does not guarantee that you will:

• Receive responses.
• Meet another person.
• Find a friend, partner, spouse, or long-term relationship.
• Find someone to attend an event with.
• Receive a reply from a person you contact.
• Have a positive interaction with every member.
• Successfully attend an event or obtain a ticket or reservation.

Personal relationships, friendships, social meetings, and event arrangements depend on the individuals and third parties involved.

28. Limitation of Responsibility and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PostedLove is not responsible for the independent conduct of members outside the platform or for private arrangements made between members.

• Meetings, relationships, friendships, or personal disputes.
• Join Me events, cancellations, postponements, venue changes, admission refusals, or no-shows.
• Ticket validity, ticket availability, reservations, refunds, or private reimbursements.
• Transportation, accommodation, food, drinks, parking, or other expenses.
• Personal property lost, damaged, or stolen during a meeting or event.
• Private communications or transactions conducted outside PostedLove.
• Information supplied by another member that is false, incomplete, outdated, or misleading.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any limitation of liability must be interpreted subject to the mandatory law that applies to the member.

29. Intellectual Property

The PostedLove name, logo, website design, software, branding, databases, and original platform content may be protected by copyright, trademark, database rights, or other intellectual-property rights.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, sell, license, or commercially exploit PostedLove intellectual property except where permitted by law or with prior written permission.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of PostedLove intellectual property to members.

30. Changes to These Terms

PostedLove may update these Terms when reasonably necessary because of changes to the service, new functionality, security requirements, legal or regulatory requirements, or other legitimate operational reasons.

The updated Terms will show the date on which they became effective. Where a change materially affects members’ rights or obligations, PostedLove will provide any notice or opportunity required by applicable law.

31. Governing Law and Mandatory Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], subject to any mandatory consumer-protection, jurisdiction, or other rights that apply in the member’s country of residence.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights that a consumer cannot legally waive or restricts access to courts, regulators, or dispute-resolution mechanisms where applicable law provides those rights.
