PostedLove Help

How can we help?

Find answers about your profile, Personal Introduction, Join Me, Responses, Conversations, private photos, safety and account.

Account & Profile

Creating your account, profile information and account access.

How do I create an account?

Select Create Account and enter the required information.

You need a PostedLove profile before you can:

  • Publish a Personal Introduction.
  • Create a Join Me post.
  • Respond to a Personal Introduction or Join Me post.
  • Send and receive private messages.

Email and mobile verification may be required before all account features become available.

Can I change my profile information?

Yes. You can update appropriate profile and search information through your account settings.

Some information may require additional verification before it can be changed.

I forgot my password

Select Forgot Password on the login page.

A password-reset link will be sent to the email address connected to your PostedLove account.

I am not receiving emails from PostedLove

Check:

  • Your spam or junk folder.
  • Whether your registered email address is correct.
  • Whether your email provider is blocking messages from PostedLove.

If the problem continues, contact support using the form below.

How do I close my account?

You can request account closure through your account settings or the available support option.

Closing your account may remove your active Personal Introduction and Join Me post and end access to account features.

Certain information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or other legitimate reasons described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal Introductions

Writing, managing and searching your main Personal Introduction.

How do I create a Personal Introduction?

After creating your profile, select Post an Introduction.

Write in your own words who you are, what matters to you, and who you hope to meet.

You can choose one main category:

  • Serious relationship.
  • Nothing serious.
  • I don’t know yet.
  • A new friendship.

No public profile photograph is required.

How long does my Personal Introduction stay visible?

Your Personal Introduction remains active for 30 days.

You can:

  • Edit it.
  • Pause it.
  • Renew it.
  • Reactivate it after it expires, where available.
  • Remove it.

Your post is not automatically deleted simply because the 30-day active period has ended.

How do I search Personal Introductions?

Select Introductions.

You can use the available filters to find Personal Introductions based on information such as:

  • Age.
  • Country.
  • Distance, where available.
  • Language.
  • Relationship intention.
  • Lifestyle.
  • Children.
  • Smoking or drinking preferences.
  • Religion, where a member has chosen to provide it.
  • Willingness to relocate.

The search system helps you find relevant posts. It does not decide who is right for you.

Can I pause my posts without deleting my account?

Yes. You can pause your Personal Introduction or Join Me post without closing your account.

A paused post stops appearing publicly until it is made active again, subject to the applicable rules.

Join Me

Creating and managing a social invitation for an outing you already have planned.

What is Join Me?

Join Me is a separate optional post for members who already have an event, activity, or outing planned and would like someone to come along.

Examples include:

  • Concerts.
  • Museums.
  • Restaurants and dinners.
  • Theatre.
  • Festivals.
  • Exhibitions.
  • Sports events.
  • Walks.
  • Day trips.
  • Other social or cultural outings.
Can I have a Personal Introduction and a Join Me post at the same time?

Yes.

You may have:

  • One active Personal Introduction.
  • One separate active Join Me post.

Join Me does not replace your Personal Introduction.

How do I create a Join Me post?

Open Join Me and select the option to create a new Join Me post.

A Join Me post can include:

  • Event or activity title.
  • Activity type.
  • City, country, and venue or meeting area.
  • Date and time.
  • Whether you are looking for male, female, or either company.
  • Optional preferred age range.
  • Ticket arrangements.
  • Additional cost information.
  • How you expect to be dressed.
  • The event dress code, if there is one.
  • A short description of the outing.
  • Languages.
  • Countries from which you will accept responses.
  • An optional event or activity image.

A public profile photograph is still not required.

How long does a Join Me post stay visible?

A date-specific Join Me post automatically stops appearing publicly when the event begins. This helps keep Join Me current and prevents people from responding to events that have already started or passed.

Before the event, you can edit or pause the post from your account. A paused future post may be reactivated if you do not already have another active Join Me post.

Who pays for a Join Me activity?

Each person is responsible for their own costs unless both people clearly agree otherwise.

This may include:

  • Tickets.
  • Admission.
  • Food.
  • Drinks.
  • Transport.
  • Parking.
  • Other event or activity expenses.

The Join Me post should clearly explain whether a ticket must be bought in advance, purchased at the entrance, is already arranged, or whether an extra ticket is available.

How do I search Join Me posts?

Select Join Me.

You can search current Join Me posts using information such as:

  • Location.
  • Date.
  • Activity type.
  • Whether the person is looking for male, female, or either company.

Only current, active Join Me posts should appear in public search.

Can I manage my Join Me post from my account?

Yes. From your account you can:

  • See your current Join Me post.
  • Edit a future post.
  • Pause it.
  • Reactivate a paused future post if you have no other active Join Me post.
  • Delete it.
  • See previous or expired Join Me posts where available.

Responses, Conversations & Photos

How private contact works after you find someone or an invitation that interests you.

Do I need a photo?

No. PostedLove is designed around written introductions rather than public profile photographs.

You may choose to share photos privately when responding or during a conversation.

A Join Me post may optionally include an event or activity image. This is separate from a public profile photo.

How do I respond to someone?

You must be logged in and have a PostedLove profile before you can respond to a Personal Introduction or Join Me post.

A first response can include:

  • A private written message.
  • Up to 5 optional private photos.

The response is sent privately through PostedLove.

How are Personal Introduction and Join Me responses separated?

Responses are separated into Personal Introductions and Join Me so you can clearly see why someone contacted you.

Each response keeps its original source attached. A Join Me response also keeps the relevant event or activity connected to the thread.

How do Responses work?

When someone responds to one of your posts, their message appears in Responses.

You can read the response and decide whether you want to reply.

If you reply, the thread automatically moves from Responses to Conversations while keeping its original source:

  • Personal Introduction responses remain under Personal Introductions.
  • Join Me responses remain under Join Me.

If you do not want to continue, you may decline, archive, block, or report the member where appropriate.

How do Conversations work?

Conversations contain people you have chosen to communicate with after you reply to a response.

Conversations remain separated between Personal Introductions and Join Me.

The original post or Join Me event remains identified so the context of the conversation is not lost.

Can I send photos in messages?

Yes.

You may attach up to 5 private photos to a first response and up to 5 private photos to each message after a conversation begins.

Private message photos are not automatically added to your public profile or Personal Introduction.

Can I change who is allowed to respond to me?

Yes.

You can choose the countries from which members may respond to your Personal Introduction and to your Join Me post.

Updated restrictions apply to future responses.

Safety, Blocking & Reporting

Controls for unwanted contact and practical guidance for meeting someone.

Can I block someone?

Yes.

Blocking applies across PostedLove. A blocked member should not be able to respond to your Personal Introduction, respond to your Join Me post, send you new messages, or start another conversation with you.

How do I report someone?

Use the Report option where available on the member, response, conversation, Personal Introduction, or Join Me post.

You should report behaviour that appears:

  • Fraudulent.
  • Threatening.
  • Abusive.
  • Misleading.
  • Sexually inappropriate.
  • Suspicious.
  • Commercial or otherwise contrary to the purpose of PostedLove.
  • Contrary to the PostedLove Terms & Conditions.
What should I remember before meeting someone through Join Me?

Use the PostedLove Safety guidance whenever you meet someone in person.

Important precautions include:

  • Meet in a public place.
  • Tell someone you trust where you are going and who you are meeting.
  • Arrange and keep control of your own transport.
  • Do not leave your drink unattended.
  • Keep control of your belongings.
  • Share only the personal information that is necessary.
  • A phone number may be useful for finding each other at the event, but avoid sharing unnecessary private information before you are comfortable.
  • Leave if you feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
I have a safety concern

If another member makes you uncomfortable, stop communicating with them and use the Block or Report function.

For advice about meeting someone safely, including Join Me meetings, read the PostedLove Safety page.

If you believe there is an immediate danger or criminal activity, contact the appropriate local emergency or law-enforcement service.
